Marcus Lewkowicz

Founder & Personal Trainer

I’m Marcus Lewkowicz, 25, founder and CEO of Lewko Tensity Gym—a 14,500 sq ft facility in Erie, PA, focused on personal training, sports performance, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and wrestling. I also run Lewko Tensity Promotions and the LT Clothing Line.

A Cathedral Prep and Gannon University graduate, my fitness journey began as a teen NFPT-certified trainer and led to a college-level strength and conditioning coaching role. I’m also a real estate investor and entrepreneur, driven by passion, hard work, and a philosophy of “Intensity” to help others reach their full potential.

At Lewko Tensity, we provide a motivating environment with customized programs for athletes and everyday clients alike. I value enthusiasm, dedication, and building strong connections with every client.

Mitchell Sweeney

Personal Trainer & Football Coach

Mitch Sweeney is a dedicated personal trainer from Erie, Pennsylvania, with a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. A graduate of Slippery Rock University, Mitch holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education, along with a minor in Coaching. His education, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows him to provide expert guidance to athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Mitch was a former athlete at Slippery Rock, where he played three years of collegiate football. Mitch played Offensive Line for the Rock and played with heart and physicality each snap. After his collegiate career was over Mitch went through his own weight loss journey. Mitch’s starting weight was 290 pounds and he cut all the way down to 225 pounds. Mitch understands the dedication and discipline required to achieve long-term success. Mitch’s approach focuses on creating personalized training plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they reach their full potential.


With a commitment to the success and well-being of his clients, Mitch brings a high level of energy, motivation, and dedication to every session. Whether working with athletes looking to improve their performance or individuals seeking to lead healthier lives, Mitch takes pride in fostering a positive, results-driven environment. Cameron Schroeder

Personal Trainer & Boxing Coach

Cam Schroeder is a boxing coach and soon-to-be professional fighter with a deep commitment to the sport. Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, Cam has dedicated years to mastering his craft in the ring while also helping others unlock their potential through boxing. His training style blends technical precision, mental toughness, and relentless work ethic qualities he lives by every day.

 

As he prepares to launch his professional boxing career, Cam brings firsthand experience of the discipline and resilience it takes to compete at a high level. He uses that same knowledge to guide his athletes, focusing on building confidence, improving performance, and instilling the mindset of a champion. Whether training beginners or competitive athletes, Cam’s coaching is defined by energy, passion, and a drive to see others succeed.

Jaycob Caban

Certified Personal Trainer

Jaycob Caban is a certified personal trainer with a passion for transforming lives through strength training and weight loss. Currently pursuing certification as a nutrition coach, Jaycob takes a comprehensive approach to fitness, helping clients break through mental barriers, stay accountable, and embrace the journey toward their best selves. Since launching his training career in August 2024, Jaycob has helped clients boost their energy, confidence, and discipline through personalized workout programs tailored to their unique fitness goals. His results-driven approach ensures that training is not just about aesthetics but about creating lasting, positive lifestyle changes. Jaycob is also the founder of "Shred It Sundays," a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to maximize calorie burn and keep metabolism elevated throughout the day—all while making fitness fun and engaging. Having undergone his own transformation—going from 260 pounds to 225 pounds of lean muscle—Jaycob understands the dedication and discipline required to achieve long-term success. He believes that fitness is more than just working out; it's about building confidence, resilience, and a mindset for success. Ethan Rys

Nutritionist

Ethan Rys is a nutritionist and bodybuilder dedicated to helping clients fuel their bodies and achieve lasting results. With a passion for fitness and performance, Ethan combines his knowledge of nutrition with years of bodybuilding experience to create personalized strategies that support both health and strength.

His approach goes beyond short-term fixes, focusing instead on sustainable habits, proper fueling, and the discipline required to reach peak physical potential. Whether guiding athletes, gym-goers, or anyone striving to improve their lifestyle, Ethan brings the same level of commitment and intensity that has driven his own success in bodybuilding.

Nikita Robbins

Certified Personal Trainer

Nikita Robbins is a personal trainer with a strong foundation in Exercise Science and a passion for helping others reach their full potential. A former collegiate softball player, Nikita competed for five years, developing the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that now define her approach to coaching.

Her background in Exercise Science gives her a deep understanding of physical health, performance training, and the importance of long-term sustainability. Outside of the gym, Nikita embraces an active lifestyle through lifting, hiking, and gardening, finding balance between strength, adventure, and creativity. She brings that same balance to her clients, blending motivation and knowledge to create an environment where athletes and individuals alike can thrive.
